Marlborough Reminds Residents: Water Restrictions Still in Effect

While it may have rained, Marlborough officials are reminding residents that the mandatory restrictions on non-essential outdoor water uses that started on May 25 remain in effect.

Marlborough Commissioner of Public Works John L. Ghiloni announced that all non-essential outdoor water uses are prohibited until further notice.

The restrictions on non-essential outdoor water uses are a condition of the city’s state-issued Water Management Act permit from MassDEP and the Streamflow Triggered Restrictions therein.
