Marlborough Schools To Close Over Coronavirus
The closure comes after Marlborough tracked its first case of the new coronavirus on Wednesday.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — All Marlborough schools will be closed on March 13 following the city's first presumptive positive case of the new coronavirus, COVID-19.
The district also provided a letter to parents about COVID-19 and precautions they should take at home.
The person in Marlborough with COVID-19 did not have any contact with schools or students, city officials have said. City officials announced the case on Wednesday afternoon.

As of Thursday afternoon, 108 people statewide had either presumed or confirmed COVID-19, according to state officials. Forty-nine of those cases were in Middlesex County alone.
