
MARLBOROUGH, MA — It's the law.
So, in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, 603 CMR 23.06 (3), the Marlborough Public Schools, Office of Special Education, will be destroying records of students no longer eligible for services who have graduated, moved from the district, or completed his or her educational program at age 22, according to an announcement.
If you're a parent or guardian who wishes to get the student's special education file, call the Office of Special Education at 508-460-3509, ext. 10124, to arrange a time to pick it up.
