MARLBOROUGH, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the grand jury indictments from April 26 to March 10.
Benjamin Amell, 33, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, masked armed robbery, and witness intimidation.
