Multi-family Inventory Pretty Skimpy in Marlborough

Yesterday, I told a colleague of mine, that it won't be long before I have all the available multi-family properties on the market in Marlborough committed to memory.  Both of them.  

The point is that there are lots of buyers interested in purchasing these types of properties, but there are few options available right now.  Perhaps it's because of all the snow we've had this Winter, and some owners are waiting until the Spring thaw.

But for those who have listed, many of them have been able to sell fairly quickly and above asking in many cases.  Two days ago, I showed a 7-unit structure, and that one received two offers that day.

Yesterday, I wrote an offer for a client of mine, and we're waiting to hear back from the seller.  We're one of four offers submitted on that property, and it was on the market all of two days.

If you know any multi-family owners in Marlborough, who have been thinking about selling, ask them to call me.  It's a good time to be a seller in this market.
