Nearly 1,300 Without Power in Marlborough

It was swift but destructive.

The storm that blasted through this afternoon ripped down tree limbs and power lines.

According to Marlborough officials, the city is getting reports from residents of both.

National Grid, at 5:30 p.m., reported that 1,294 of its 18,400 customers in Marlborough were without power at that time. It is estimated that all will have restored power by 11:11 p.m. Go here for updates on power outages, and to report outages in your area.
