New Relapse Prevention Program for Addiction
Prana recovery center serves 25 communities in MetroWest.

MARLBOROUGH, MA - Prana Recovery Centers (PRC), which recently achieved its nonprofit status, is a new organization dedicated to working with people who struggle with substance abuse.
Prana announced on Jan. 1 that the centers have established a relapse prevention program for addiction.
Based in Marlborough, it serves about 25 towns in the MetroWest area.

“We are devoted to providing a revolutionary relapse prevention program that integrates contemporary science with traditional wisdom,” said the announcement. “We approach the problem of alcohol and drug dependency with a fresh perspective, backed by scientific research, combined with ancient wisdom, and focused on relapse prevention. Our services are framed within the context of the three Rsrewiring, resiliency, and recovery.”
The Six Pillars of Wellness form the foundation of the PRC relapse prevention program and are structured to provide program participants with concrete skills that broaden and build skillfulness for happily living clean and sober.
