MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough police arrested a 25-year-old Pennsylvania man on an outstanding warrant at a city apartment on Sunday morning, according to arrest logs. The man had an outstanding warrant for retail theft, according to police. Around 11 a.m. Sunday, police went to an apartment building at 460 Boston Post Road to perform a welfare check. They ended up arresting Jeffrey Cumba-Castillo <a href="https://dauphin.crimewatchpa.com/swatarapd/3028/warrants/warrant-27" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">on a warrant issued</a> by the Swatara Township Police. Swatara Township is next to Harrisburg in Central Pennsylvania.
