Police Alert Residents to New Level III Sex Offender Registered in Marlborough
Police are obligated to to notify organizations of the presence of a high-risk sex offender in the community.

There are four Level II and nine Level III sex offenders currently living in or working in Marlborough, according to the Sex Offender Registry Board.
When a person classified as a Level III sex offender moves to a community, the police department is obligated to notify that community.
On May 15, Marlborough Police announced that Todd McIntyre, 42, now lives at 28 Ewald Ave. in Marlborough. In 1997, McIntyre was convicted of one count of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior. In 2012, McIntyre was convicted of 3 counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior.

As issued by the Marlborough Police Department:
Pursuant to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Statute, I am obligated to notify various organizations of the presence of Level III (high risk of re-offense) Sex Offenders in the community. The person named in the attached notification has been classified as a Level III Sex Offender and resides in the City of Marlborough.
