According to the latest census data available, here's how many white, black, Hawaiian, Hispanic and Asian people live in Marlborough.

Many cities and towns are a mix of culture and ethnic background among its residents, but some more diverse than others.

According to the latest Census statistics available (which is 2010), Marlborough’s population made up of 80.9 percent white, 2.8 percent African American, 0.2 percent American Indian and Alaska native, 5 percent Asian, 0.1 percent Hawaiian, 3.3 percent two ore more races and 10.8 percent Hispanic.

How does that compare to the rest of the state? Massachusetts statistics are 82.6 percent white, 8.3 percent African American, 0.5 percent American Indian and Alaska native, 6.3 percent Asian, 0.1 percent Hawaiian and 10.8 percent Hispanic.
