Reap the health benefits of yoga in 2015

Let your New Year's resolutions include a regular yoga practice to improve heart health

As you begin to set your resolutions for better health in 2015 be sure to include yoga. It is one of the best tools available to you to improve heart health. A recent study found that a regular practice of yoga had similar effects to that achieved with aerobic exercise. Improvements were found in blood pressure, cholesterol level, heart rate, and weight loss.
