Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Assault: Grand Jury Indictments

MARLBOROUGH, MA-The District Attorney announced four Marlborough related indictments handed down by the Grand Jury between November 29, 2018 and January 10, 2019. The indictments include charges of unarmed robbery, trafficking fentanyl and indecent assault.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here's who:

Linwood Farmer, 48, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged with unarmed robbery and larceny over $1,200. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.
Amber Love, 30, of Indian Island, Maine, was charged with trafficking fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.
Mikayah Purnell, 23, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged with unarmed robbery and larceny over $1,200. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.
Julio Morales, 55, of Marlborough, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.
