Snow, Sleet and Freezing Rain Coming for Marlborough

A wintry mix is on the way for Marlborough and will produce the first measurable snowfall of the winter.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough has yet to receive a measurable accumulation of snow this winter. That’s about the change.

Snow is in the forecast Monday night and Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. The exact accumulation was unclear, as the snow is expected to mix with rain Tuesday night.

The wintry mix of precipitation will be in the form of snow, sleet and freezing rain and will impact a majority of southern New England before transitioning into rain. The greatest impact is expected during the Tuesday morning commute, and lingering into the afternoon and evening hours.
