Seven AMSA students were named “gold key winners” at the Boston Globe Scholastic Art Competition. The recognition qualifies them for a national contest later this year.
Alli Caulfield, Leominster, Anna Cherkinsky, Marlborough, Annie Harrington, Marlborough, Sarah Hulton, Southborough, Julia Kraplin, Holliston, Anna Li, Marlborough, and Daria Lugina, Northborough, were selected from among more than a thousand students.
Categories in the competition ranged from photography, to painting/drawing, to sculpture. All gold key winners will have their work displayed at Boston’s City Hall through the end of the month.
