The Urban Affairs Committee, on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 5 p.m. will discuss an the special permit on behalf of Charter Foods North, which is hoping to open the chain - with a drive-thru - at 773 Boston Post Road East in Marlborough.

A public hearing was held on Aug. 24, and the City Council granted the special permit for Taco Ball.
The meeting, held in City Council Chambers, is open to the public.
