Using Your iPad
Monday, Oct. 17, from 2-4 p.m. Register
If you are an iPad owner or want to become one, come and learn about all the things an iPad can do! We will introduce you to the basic iPad functions – settings, organizing, checking e-mail, exploring apps and much more. Skills required: experience with iPads is helpful, but not necessary.

Introduction to Pinterest
Thursday, Oct. 20, from 6-8 p.m. Register
Pinterest is a social tool for finding, organizing, and sharing web content. In this hands-on session, we’ll look at fun ways to use this site. Bring your Pinterest username and password or use the library’s training account.
Skills required: Basic internet skills including using tabs

Twitter for News
Tuesday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to noon. Register
Twitter can be a great way to discover in depth information on the news stories you want to learn more about, however, using Twitter for news requires some finesse.
