Thrive Food Drive Will Benefit Marlborough Pantry

The Marlborough nonprofit Thrive Support & Advocacy is collecting donations through Oct. 27.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough-based Thrive Support & Advocacy will be hosting a food drive through the end of October to benefit a local food pantry. The drive is seeking a range of items, from snacks to hygiene products.

Thrive Support & Advocacy, a nonprofit empowering youth and adults with developmental disabilities, is leading a food drive to benefit Marlborough Community Cupboard, a local food pantry.

Shelf-stable items being collected include: canned goods like beans, fruits, vegetables and soups; baking supplies and mixes; cooking supplies like oil and salt; dried goods like instant potatoes, noodles and stove-top dinners; snack foods; cereals; boxed rice; beverages; condiments; and pasta. Also needed are children’s items like baby food, formula, diapers and wipes, along with personal hygiene products, paper goods and laundry detergent.

Donations may be dropped off through Oct. 27 at Thrive’s Marlborough headquarters at 65 Boston Post Road West, Suite 220, or its Worcester Area Office at 100 Grove St., Suite 104. For more information, contact us at info@icanthrive.org or 508-485-4227.
