Traffic Stop Leads to OUI, Child Endangerment, Assault Arrest: Marlborough Police Log

Friday, Oct. 23

  • At 9:49 a.m., police responded to larceny at Sears
  • At 3:40 p.m., police responded to larceny at the AMSA Charter School
  • At 4:53 p.m., fraud was reported, 73 Dean Road
  • At 5:05 p.m., police responded to a report of harassment at the Marlborough Fire Department
  • At 10:21 p.m., a motor vehicle stop on Main Street resulted in an arrest. Angel Victor Rodriguez, 28, 16 South ST., Apt. 302, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license

Saturday, Oct. 24

  • At 2:25 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at 85 Broad St. and 531 Lincoln St. Luis Alexander Vasquez-Ortiz, 25, 72 Rice St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a MV, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI (liquor), child under five without carseat, assault and battery, vandalizing property, child endangerment while OUI. John J. Randy, 49, 958 Anderson Drive, Lancaster, SC, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor, assault and battery
  • At 10:46 a.m., police responded to a residence to serve a warrant. Zachary W. Chase, 40, 108 Concord Road, Marlborough, was arrested on a warrant
  • At 1:29 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny at Panera Bread
  • At 5:45 p.m., police responded to a report of shoplifting at Macy’s. Hung Thanh Nguyen, 42, 179 Millbury St., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250
