Trash Talk: Marlborough's New Trash and Recycling Schedule, Guide

MARLBOROUGH, MA—First of all, officials are asking - nay, reminding and telling you - that you stop throwing your plastic bags in the recycling bin. They are not recylables.

Trash and recycling is picked up every Friday in Marlborough, and your pick-up week for recycling depends on your address. Also, a series of holidays will cause a trash delay.

A sticker for drop-offs is $50 for the year. A Swap Shack, too, is available, where you can leave your goods, and take goods.

Special yard waste pick-up dates, as well as medical sharps drop-off days, are scheduled.
