Women At Lunch Networking Returns This Month: Marlborough Chamber

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Launched in August of 2016, the Women At Lunch Networking events sponsored by the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce have drawn up to 35 each month, and continues to grow.

This is a monthly luncheon held at one of the chamber member establishments where women can come to network, make new connections, talk about their business, and sample cuisine at one of our many member restaurants, hotels and cafes, said an announcement.

“It is a great way to get to know your chamber colleagues in an informal relaxed setting,” said Chamber Membership Director Linda Vissat in a statement. “Luncheons are targeted to fellow women in businesses who want to expand their business connections, network with other women, and learn more about other chamber members.”

The next Women at Lunch Networking event takes place on Wednesday, Jan. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Olive Garden in Marlborough, and it is sponsored by Cottage Children's Center.

Enjoy one of these 3 combinations:

• Duo one: Salad and small bowl of spaghetti and homemade meat sauce
• Duo two: Salad and a small bowl of fettuccine and creamy parmesan alfredo sauce
• Duo three: Salad and our famous homemade meat lasagna

Cost is $20 for members, and $25 for nonmembers.

Registration is now open to non-chamber members and guests, providing an excellent way for potential new members to meet and interact with other women. Attendees are asked to introduce themselves and share business cards.

Space is limited for each event so advance registration and payment is requested and can be easily completed online on the chamber website. Networking begins at 11:30a.m. and lunch is served at 12:15 p.m.
