Graduated from Providence College '01, with a BS in business.

Have a 6 year old girl, 9 year old boy, and a promising future with a very successful owner of a catering business.

We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom year round rental, within $2,300-$3,000/month.

Added bonus is that it would be a value added proposition for said potential landlord that all necessary home improvements and or maintenance needs, will be done at a discounted rate, adding value to said landlords property.
