My Favorite Green Smoothies

My Favorite Green Smoothies

Can you believe the first day of summer is next week? Time to get prepared. Smoothies are a perfect summer food - cold, refreshing, recharging, and full of seasonal fruits and vegetables. If you are slowing down this summer blend a smoothie for the beach, or if you are speeding up chug one in your car on the way to work. Either way, you'll do your body good.

Here are my two favorite green smoothies and a fun way to choose your own smoothie adventure. Dive in and get creative.
