Sharks in Deep Waters

The Sharks couldn't seem to find their momentum during their match against the Seacoast Mavericks. Mathew Hegarty (Sacred Heart U.) started off pitching for the Sharks, playing 7 innings and allowing 4 earned runs. Kyle Contino (Queens College) cleaned up the last 2 innings, allowing 2 unearned runs. The Sharks were unable to rally offensively, not earning a point on the board until the 8th inning. The Sharks are on the road tomorrow to take on the Mavericks in Seacoast, New Hampshire. 

It's a week on the Vineyard this coming week! Join on Tuesday, July 26th and Wednesday July 27th, as the Sharks play back to back with the Torrington Titans. And on Thursday, July 28th the Sharks battle it out with the Nashua Silver Knights. All 3 games are being played at Vineyard Baseball Park at 5pm.. Gates open at 4pm.
