Sharks Lose a Tough One to the Torrington Titans

Titans may have won the battle, but not the war.

Monday evening, June 20, the Sharks lost a tough one to the Torrington Titans.

Jay Swinford (Georgia) took the loss, pitching four innings and allowing five runs. For the Titans, Gavin McCullough (Fairfield University) pitched 6.6 innings, allowing only two runs. It was a hard fought battle, but eventually the Titans came out on top.

They may have won the battle, but they have most certainly not won the war.
