
Its been a beautiful start to springtime in the gardens! To make things better, I’ve gotten pretty good at making lunches for myself that keep me full of energy until the end of work, (Of course it all starts with a good breakfast, but we’ve all heard that before!) I love packing a huge salad for lunch- tons of veggies, hard boiled eggs, tempeh- whatever is in the fridge that will taste fresh when lunch time rolls around! I’ve been packing bean salads too which give some good protein boost mid-day. And ginger tea in my new thermos has been a treat when the chilly wind kicks in!
