Martha's Vineyard Heroin Raid Near School Nets 2 Arrests

Police seized heroin, suboxone, percocet, and marijuana.

Police on Tuesday arrested two men during a drug raid in Oak Bluffs.

The men were identified as Jeffrey Sylvia and William Bailey. They were arrested at a residence at 7 Arrowhead Ln. Police said they found heroin, suboxone, percocet, marijuana, and cash.

  • Heroin trafficking (36 to 100 grams)
  • Heroin possession with intent to distribute (second offense)
  • Marijuana possession with intent to distribute (second offense)
  • Suboxone possession
  • Percocet possession
  • Dealing drugs in a school zone (Oak Bluffs School is 300 feet away)

Police seized about 46 grams of heroin and $8,934 in cash.
