Cape Cod Boy, 14, Robbed At Gunpoint Over Pot: Police
Yarmouth police said a teenager told them he was robbed at gunpoint while dealing marijuana in a park.

YARMOUTH, MA — A 14-year-old Cape Cod boy told police he was robbed at gunpoint after selling marijuana at a local park. The incident happened Monday night in Yarmouth. Police said the boy told them he sold pot to to a party at a park in the area of Butler Avenue.
"After he sold the marijuana, he was quickly approached by four teen(s)," Yarmouth police said in a statement. "He said that one of the males pulled a handgun and then assaulted and robbed him."
A 17-year-old suspect was arrested Tuesday and charged with armed robbery, a felony. Police said they expect to make more arrests.

The identities of the 14-year-old and the suspect were not released.
Marijuana is now legal in Massachusetts, but only for those 21 and older. And it remains illegal to sell, especially on public property.
