"Copper Wok" Location Announced
JB Blau has finally revealed the address of the Vineyard's new pan-Asian eatery, slated to open in April.
The suspense is over for fans of restaurateur JB Blau's eateries on Martha's Vineyard, who have been eager to learn when and where his first Asian-style restaurant will open.
Blau, whose year-round restaurants include the Martha's Vineyard Chowder Company in Oak Bluffs and Sharky's Cantina in Edgartown, posted the long-awaited announcement on his Facebook page Wednesday:
It is with great excitement that we announce the April opening of Copper Wok at the Mansion House in Vineyard Haven. We look forward to enhancing our Year Round offerings on island and we are so thankful for your support. We promise to not let you down!!
