- Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation. Judge Hinkle continued to a pre-trial hearing on 9/17/12.

- Tresspassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer. Judge Hinkle dismissed first count upon request of the commonwealth. Found sufficient facts, but continued without a finding until 2/13/13 and order 14 hours of community service on the second and third counts, and dismissed the fourth count upon request of the commonwealth.
