• Assault and battery. Judge Sabra continued to a pre-trial hearing. 

Rodrigo L. Pereira, Oak Bluffs, 02-16-75

• Marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Judge Sabra fined $100 for the first count and ordered 8 hours of community service. 

Joseph Amaral, West Tisbury, 04-08-77

• Assault to rape, indecent assault and battery on someone 14 years old or older, assault and battery. Judge Sabra continued to a pre-trial hearing on 08-02-12.
