Copper Wok to be "Amazing," Owner Says
J.B. Blau's latest concept eatery is "growing in size every day," says the Martha's Vineyard restaurateur behind Sharky's, MV Chowder Co. and Dreamland. Here's a food and cocktail "teaser" straight from the owner.

Hungry for news about his new pan-Asian restaurant, MV Patch reached out this week to J.B. Blau, the man behind several popular year-round and seasonal Martha's Vineyard eating and drinking establishments in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.
Blau's newest concept eatery, Copper Wok at the Mansion House in VH, is a project that's "growing in size every day" and "going to be amazing," the restaurateur told MV Patch this week.

- 80% classic Chinese menu
- 15% Japanese (sushi)
- 5% Thai and Vietnamese and Indian
- Menu will feature favorites with a chef's spin on them

- Sake cocktails menu is going to be award winning and mind blowing.

Blau didn't give Patch an opening date for Copper Wok, but according to blogger Guinevere Cramer it's May 1.
