Crooked Cape Cod Contractor Caught in Arkansas: Police

Nicholas Willoughby, a Cape Cod contractor accused of bilking customers out of tens of thousands of dollars, was captured in Arkansas.

A Cape Cod contractor who police said went on the run after he was charged with scamming customers was captured in Arkansas.

Nicholas Willoughby, 34, of Sandwich, was charged with larceny charges in several Cape Cod communities.

"Willoughby is suspected in scamming businesses and homeowners out of tens of thousands of dollars," Yarmouth police said in a statement.
