Edgartown Fire, EMT Taking Bfit First Responder Challenge

Edgartown firefighters and EMT personnel have started a GoFundMe page to help raise money for The 100 Club of Massachusetts.

MARTHA'S VINEYARD, MA —Edgartown firefighters and EMT personnel have begun a GoFundMe page looking to raise donations for their Bfit First Responder Challenge campaign. Money raised through the campaign will be donated to the 100 Club of Massachusetts that helps support the families of fallen first responders.

The Bfit First Responder Challenge is a support climb where first responders compete to raise money for the Boston Bruins Foundation. The event is Jan. 26 at TD Garden.

As of Wednesday, participating Edgartown fire and EMT personnel have raised $1,045 of their $3,000 goal.
