
Come connect to nature and the beauty of Martha's Vineyard in a new way to improve your health and well-being. Qigong (like tai chi) practice teaches us how to cultivate balance and flow and lower stress. In this "5 Treasures Qigong" workshop we will learn a series of gentle movements including Ocean Breathing, Gathering Starlight, and Bringing in Earth Energy. This workshop is facilitated by Rona Satten, NQA Certified Advanced Qigong Instructor with 10 years teaching experience, and Chilmark summer resident for over 20 years. Students of all levels of health and experience welcome.
