OPEN BIKE is time for you to drop in and spin. Certified Instructors are available to introduce you to proper fit and technique of Spinning, coach you one-on-one for hip, knee and cardiac rehab or to discuss just what we're all about.
Use your bike and your breath to open your tight, closed-off places: body, mind, spirit. Then, use this practice and your breath as you move off the bike and into your days, especially the tough ones.
