
Connect to nature and the beauty of Martha's Vineyard in a new way to improve your health and well-being. Qigong (like tai chi) practice teaches us how to cultivate balance and flow and lower stress. In this class we will practice "5 Treasures Qigong" and other moving and non-moving qigong forms. This class is facilitated by Rona Satten, NQA Certified Advanced Qigong Instructor with 10 years teaching experience, and Chilmark summer resident for over 20 years. Students of all levels of health and experience welcome.
