Vinyasa Body & Soul w/ Sherry Sidoti

Weaving together dynamic asanas (postures) breath-work and various techniques to experience the overflowing energy of our being.  Using the rhythm of our own breath to guide us through flowing postures series, we tap into our many layers of the self to play and study and explore from the inside out, balancing our active solar energy and our more receptive lunar energies. All levels of students are welcomed and invited to honor their own personal practice each class as well as participate in the group energy.  This class combines the teachings shared with Sherry by all her teachers, particularly Atma Holistic Yoga with Saul David Raye, Forrest Yoga with Ana Forrest, and Sivananda Yoga with Pradeep Teotia.
