Looking for volunteers for registration (9/29 from 10-3pm), 10/2 & 10/3 (4:30 to 6pm), first and last days of classes (vary from Oct to Dec). Also looking for volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with students of Essential English and Math classes.
In general we need volunteers to work as: a volunteer coordinator, office management, grant researchers and writers, help with registration, outreach workers, fundraisers, people to take community surveys and needs assessments, qualified teachers, tutors, and trainers, translators, social network whizzes, webpage designer, translators, designers for fliers and posters, statistic analyzer, etc. In other words: people who are excited about community education and committed to broadening educational opportunities for life-long learning on Martha’s Vineyard.
