Five Things You Need to Know Today: August 17

Volunteer to build a FirstDay Cottage which is a project that does not require previous carpentry experience. Students ages 14-16 may volunteer accompanied by parent or gaurdian and 16-18 may volunteer independantly with parent or gaurdian's written permission. 2.  at the . The 151st Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Fair continues on 17, 18 and 19 in West Tisbury. Rides provided by Cushing Amusements. There is a livestock show, a fiber tent, hall exhibits and tons of food and fun for the whole family. The fair is from 10:00am to 11:00pm and is $10 for adults and $5 for children.
