Oak Bluffs police this week arrested a man on murder charges.
Reinaldo Barbosa, 35, of Edgartown, has been wanted for murder in Brazil.
Last week, Oak Bluffs police said they received information about his wanted status. They said they’re familiar with Barbosa, as he was recently convicted of assault in Edgartown District Court.

Barbosa was arrested Monday in front of the courthouse, police said.
Police didn’t release further details.
