Missing Nun Found Safe On Cape Cod
Police said a missing Fitchburg nun was found safe 100 miles away Friday.
BOURNE, MA — A missing Fitchburg nun was found safe 100 miles away in Bourne Friday, according to police. Sister Loretta Ciccarelli, 80, was last seen Thursday in a bath robe driving a sport utility vehicle.
On Friday, a state trooper found Ciccarelli on the Bourne Bridge, her vehicle stopped after she ran out of gas, police told WCVB. She was not hurt.
