Restaurant Foster Serves Up Thanksgiving Feast

MARTHAS VINEYARD, MA —Martha’s Vineyard residents can leave the Thanksgiving cooking to someone else this year and enjoy a holiday feast at Restaurant Foster.

Located at 281 Lamberts Cove Road, the inn has unveiled its Thanksgiving menu, offering a variety of seasonal dishes for families looking to celebrate the holiday. The special menu will be available Thursday, Nov. 26, from noon to 5 p.m.

The feast costs $135 per adult and $45 per child.

Guests can kick off their holiday meal with Zach’s Irish brown bread or house-fermented and pickled vegetables. For the first course, diners can choose between an autumn pea green salad and roasted cauliflower and leek soup.

Once the appetizers are out of the way, it's time for the main event.

The menu features several entrees, including roasted Cape Cod fillet, cider-brined roast turkey, short rib and roasted butternut squash and wild mushroom lasagna.

With plenty of seasonal flavors on the menu, Restaurant Foster is giving families a chance to gather around the table, enjoy a delicious meal and make Thanksgiving memories without the hassle of cooking.
