Edgartown's Main Street has reached its springtime tipping point, with more shop-owners putting their retail shoulder to the seasonal wheel than staying closed — even on a Monday.
A stroll down Main around noon April 22 revealed only a few storefronts still shuttered to consumers, with most doors open and sales going on inside more than a few.
