- Food freezer <0 degrees Fahrenheit:
- all food protected
- Dry storage:

- all articles off floor
- no outdated products
- Warewashing:
- proper temperatures
- air dried, adequate storage
- Toilet rooms:

- Thawing foods correctly
- Toxic storage appropriate
