Two weeks after the successful Golf Ball Drop event on April 26th, Lion Colleen Sullivan presented a check to BMS Principal Nat Vaughn, joined by Superintendent Jeff Marsden, thanks to the incredible generosity and support from the Medfield community.

The donation will help support 8th grade students with the cost of the upcoming class trip to Washington, D.C. and New York City, participating in this memorable educational experience.

This marks the second consecutive year the Golf Ball Drop proceeds have been donated to the Blake Middle School Scholarship Fund. Lion John Carey and Lion Colleen Sullivan co-chair this event and they say they hope to continue the tradition next year with even greater participation and support from both the Medfield Public Schools and the Medfield community.
