• Online petition pushing State taking of Norwood Hospital (norwoodrecord.com) — Medfield is one of 12 towns whose residents are being urged to sign an online petition backing state legislation to take the shuttered Norwood Hospital property by eminent domain. Former CEO Michael Connors hopes thousands of signatures will push lawmakers to act before the July 31 deadline. The outcome could shape future hospital access for Medfield and neighboring communities.
