Monday, May 25

3:34 p.m. — Jesse Herrington, 38, of 235 Winthrop St., was arrested on the charges of disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct at his residence.

11:43 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 22 Rockwell Ave. that resulted in an arrest being made.

Tuesday, May 26

1:39 p.m. — Police received a report of an assault at Medford Rehab and Nursing Center on 300 Winthrop St.

5:35 p.m. — Police responded to a report of threats at 5 Lund Road.

Wednesday, May 27

12:19 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 28 Brainard Ave.

12:58 p.m. — Police received a report of larceny at Carli Fence Company on 70 Union St.

Thursday, May 28

11:17 a.m. — Police responded to a report of threats on 20 Hillside Ave.

1:24 p.m. — Police received a report of a missing person last seen at Eastern Bank on 503 Riverside Ave.

5:21 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on 30 Revere Beach Parkway.

Friday, May 29

2:06 p.m. — Police responded to a report of identity fraud on 92 North Cedar Road.

6:51 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 252 Gaston St.

Saturday, May 30

8:31 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at Whole Foods on 2151 Mystic Valley Parkway.

11:04 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a hit and run on 10 Marion St.

11:53 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an injured animal on 195 Salem St.

6:45 p.m. — Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Kappy’s Liquors on 10 Revere Beach Parkway.

Sunday, May 31

6:17 p.m. — Police made an arrest at the station on 100 Main St.

8:06 p.m. — Giovanni Gomes Ross, 18, of 166 Fellsway West, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at his residence.

8:53 p.m. — Police made an arrest on after responding to a report of a disturbance at 220 Fellsway West.
