5:53 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at 256 Lebanon St. that resulted in a citation being issued.
8:07 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at 102 Tremont St.
Tuesday, May 12
7:47 a.m. — Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 189 Washington St.
4:52 p.m. — Police responded to a report of trespassing at Shaw’s supermarket on 34 Essex St.
Wednesday, May 13
9:06 a.m. — Police responded to a report of threats on 62 Woodland Ave.
11:43 a.m. — Police received a report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 485 Pleasant St.
4:45 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Garden Remedies on 732 Newburyport Turnpike.
Thursday, May 14
8:46 a.m. — Police received a report of harassment at the Melrose Police Station on 56 West Foster St.
6:02 p.m. — Millycen Alvarez Ucelo, 33, of 98 First St., will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unlicensed motor vehicle and Zackary Alfaro-Osoy, 21, was arrested on the charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police conducted a stop in the vicinity of 350 Lynn Fells Parkway.
8:05 p.m. — Ann Marie Pouliot, 56, of 910 Main St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant after police responded to a report of suspicious activity on 296 Main St.
Friday, May 15
10:36 a.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at 10 Haskell St. that resulted in a citation being issued.
4:26 p.m. — Police responded to a report of harassment at 82 Mount Vernon Ave.
Saturday, May 16
12:52 p.m. — Julian Andres Rincon, 26, of 114 Grand View Ave., Revere, will be summonsed on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop for police after he was stopped on 147 Grove St.
9:18 p.m. — Tyler White, 24, of 101 Park St., Chelsea, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police after he was stopped at 333 Main St.
Sunday, May 17
1:25 a.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault on 33 Burnett St.
7:52 a.m. — Leo Garcia, 59, will be summoned on the charge of disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Dunkin’ on 348 Main St.
