2 Charged With Nighttime Break-In After Owner Chased Them Out: Milford Police

Tuesday, April 11

12:49 a.m.: Calling party reporting 2 males wearing white shirts, shorts, and hats were in his house. He chased them out and they are now in the shaws parking lot. Calling party is also in Shaw's parking lot inside a black Nissan Pathfinder. 114 West St. Richard H. Dellacononica, Jr., 38, West Spruce Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, carrying a dangerous weapon (two counts), dispensing drugs without a prescription. Jonathan Castro, 25, Exchange Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a building at nighttime for a felony

11:48 a.m.: Caller reporting he is there trying to get his belongings and the female is refusing to let him, Water Street

1:27 p.m.: Caller reports she left items she purchased in a neighbor's trunk of their vehicle yesterday. Today she went to go get them and her neighbor will not unlock his vehicle for her. She is requesting officers to assist her in getting her things. 13 Luby Ave.

3:15 p.m.: Multiple calls reporting a brush fire prior to exit 19 on the right side.

5:22 p.m.: Caller reporting her belongings were stolen from her locker at Planet Fitness.

6:40 p.m.: Multiple calls reporting an accident that turned into disturbance, 182 Hayward St.

7:16 p.m.: Caller reporting loud music coming from the area of East Street, caller is from 104 Hayward st. She reports seeing a fire in a container and a chemical smell from the burning.
