3 Arrested At Dunkin Donuts For Drugs: Milford Police Log

MILFORD, MA—The following are excerpts from the Milford police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Dec. 10

4:18 a.m.: Caller reports the plow drivers are plowing snow into his driveway and the road. 10 Free St.

9:56 a.m.: Caller reporting boyfriend is not letting the mother take the daughter and is taking the house keys, caller is waiting out front in a black Silverado. 17 Luby Ave.

10:28 a.m.: Received several calls reporting two families fighting outside of 28 Oliver St.

4:06 p.m.: By the stop sign in front of Home Goods caller reporting a dog in the vehicle that is shivering. Gone on arrival.

Monday, Dec. 11

12:03 a.m.: 2 callers report a male with a possible hatchet swinging it at parked vehicles at McDonald's. 206 reports hatchet never came out of vehicle.

4:07 a.m.: Police pull a car over at 30 Beach St. Extension in relation to situation in Uxbridge. Geoffrey S. Pironti, 50, Main Street, Milford, was charged with domestic assault and battery

2:26 p.m.: Caller states that an ex employee stole a computer, Computer Hospital

6:44 p.m.: Caller reporting a complaint of his neighbor who plowed snow in front of another neighbor's house approx. 0800 this morning. 29 Jefferson St.

6:58 p.m.: 2 females that have been at Dunkin Donuts for some time, in andout of bathroom, possible 94C. One in Aqua jacket, one in purple. Shannon Murphy, 36, South Main Street, Hopedale, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, disorderly conduct, possession of Class A drug, possession of Class E drug. Dominique Ferrara, 20, Perkins Street, Gloucester, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class C drug, disorderly conduct, interfering with duties of a police officer, conspiracy to violate drug laws. Darryel A. Duquesnay, 54, Pheasant Circle, Milford, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drug, disorderly conduct, conspiracy to violate drug law

Tuesday, Dec. 12

12:07 a.m.: Caller states that there are several people outside in a van, they have been out there for hours drinking and playing loud music. 136 East Main St.
